In the two-day championships, which ended at the National Stadium, Elim finished on 265 points, 165 more than closest rivals Silverstone (100).
Citizen Advice Bureau/RJR (95), Harvest Temple (55), Knollis (52), Portsmouth (49), Pen Tan (48), Alpha (47), Ascot (42), Bethany and Alvernia (43 each) also scored well.
Joe-Ann Murphy of Elim was a double winner. She won the girls' six-year-old 60m dash obstacle in 13.5 and the standing jump with a leap of 1.58m.
Other Elim victories came when Kayla Curtis won the Age 2-4 30m (6.6); De-Lisa Gordon took the 40m obstacle in the same age group (10.9) and Abigail Mais crossed the line first in the 50m hurdles open (11.0).
In the boys' section, Elim's trio of Davenick Wedderburn (10.3), Kaheem Francis (9.9) and Rackeem Knowles (12.0) won the Age 2-4, Under-5 obstacle and 60m dash respectively.
Michael Richards, also of Elim, took the 2-4 30 dash in 6.5 while his teammate, Shacqyille Lowe (10.0), won the 50m hurdles Open.
Aaliyah Drydenof Harvest Temple (12.0) won the Under-5 girls' 50m obstacle; Troy-Ann Gayle of Ascot (9.1) secured the Under-5 girls 60m; Desaree McCalla of Hope Valley (13.7) won the Under-6 80, while Javia Walker of Silverstone (34.0 won the girls' 50m potato run.
Tyree Edwards of Ascot (11.5) won the Under-5 boys 50m, David Collins of Alpha (12.4) took the Under-6 boys' 80m dash and Kwesi Coombs of Pentab (32.1) took the 50m potato run.
