PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC):

Law enforcement officers have intensified their search for gang members whose involvement in a bloody gang warfare has claimed a fourth victim in East Trinidad, bringing the country's murder rate to more than 200 so far this year.

The dismembered body of an unidentified man was discovered in a dumpster on Upper Mt. D'Or Road, Champs Fleurs, Saturday morning when a resident in the area was putting out garbage and noticed a garbage bin on fire.

After noticing several parts of a human body sticking out of the dumpster, the resident called the police and homicide officers from the nearby St. Joseph Police Station who arrived at the scene.
