Thirty-one schools from St. Catherine will vie for the INSPORTS Primary and Junior High netball titles, as the competition officially gets under way at G.C. Foster College this morning.

Twenty-six primary and five junior high schools have confirmed their participation in the six-week long event. The event officially tips off at 9:00 a.m. with a netball rally. Friendship Primary are the defending U-12 rally champions.

There will be a break at noon for the opening ceremony and dress parade.

The league commences on Wednesday with reigning champs Ginger Ridge set to defend their primary league crown. However, the U-15 junior high title is up for grabs as defending champs Tredegar Park have not entered.
