New sanitary facilities

THE EDITOR, Sir: The Ministry of Education has given the funds to build a new sanitary facility at the Dalvey Primary School in St. Thomas. The facility has been in use since September 2007. It replaced the old pit toilet that was there since the school was built many years ago.
