Ardenne High registered their seventh consecutive victory in the KFC/Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) Under-19 basketball competition, following an exciting 43-41 win over host St. Jago High yesterday.

In the day's other game, Dexter Davis scored a game-high 19 points to guide Calabar High to a 49-42 victory over St. Catherine.

"This game wasn't a tough game but we made it into a very tough one by not doing the things that know we can do out there because we were not sticking to the game plan," said Barrett Basil, coach of Ardenne.

Ardenne led 26-22 at half-time, but were locked 30-30 at the end of the penultimate quarter.
