It will be a 'chutney flavour' theme for the fourth Coca-Cola Roti Festival on February 24.

The festival was launched at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel last Tuesday, and promises as much taste and flavour as years past.

Chairman of the National Council for Indian Culture in Jamaica Vishu Tola the culinary anticipation by promising what he called, 'exotic' roti including cheese and spinach roti. These will be made on spot for sale at the festival which will again be held at Club India on Lady Musgrave Road. The chutney flavour concept will also be highlighted by the various condiments that will be on show.

The culinary experience will be complemented by curried mango, chick peas and the customary meats which the Indian community has introduced to Jamaican shores. At $450 per plate, organisers promise a 'lunchkit' full of food for patrons.
