Life flashes by

There are times in life when all the things you did wrong, or didn't do at all, flash before your eyes. That's what happened on the Mystic Mountain excursion. Of course, I'm afraid of heights so this was a bad idea from the beginning! And, of course the quickest way to get to the top...

Scary but exciting

From the minute we got to Mystic Mountain, the scaredy cats on the Lifestyle team soon emerged from their brave facade. Being elevated about 700 feet above ground on the sky explorer was quite a treat. The view (that only Keisha Shakespeare and I could appreciate), was amazing...

Yikes!

I hate roller coasters or anything that simulates plummeting you at unimaginable speeds to an uncertain end. What's the point? The adrenaline rush, you may say, but that only leaves you feeling weak in the knees and eternally thankful you still have life...
