THE Jamaican Government's anti-crime initiative 'Human Rights and Security Considerations' is the theme of a forum to be staged by the Norman Manley Law School, on October 10, at the University of the West Indies.Panellists include Senator Arthur Williams, minister of state in the Ministry of National Security, Jacqueline Samuels-Brown, president of the Jamaican Bar Association, Maurice Saunders, director of the Norman Manley Law School Legal Aid Clinic, Geoff Madden, director in the Attorney General's Chambers, and Hilaire Sobers, an attorney based in Washington, DC.
Moderator will be professor Stephen Vasciannie, principal of the Norman Manley Law School.
