Miss Jamaica World 2008, Brittany Lyons, is in preparation for the Miss World pageant in South Africa this year.

The beauty queen completed a photo shoot last Tuesday at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, New Kingston, and the photographs will be posted on the contest's official website.

Lyons, who was photographed by Monique Gilpin, the official photographer of the 2008 Miss Jamaica World pageant - wore a blue gown designed by Uzuri International and a gold swimsuit by The Mushroom.

She also chose a red dress from her collection to complete the ravishing look of the photos.

Lyons was photographed in the opulent lobby, the large scenic pool area and the secluded gardens of the hotel.

The Miss World pageant will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2008, at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Lyons is set to unveil her wardrobe to media and family today.
