EDITORIAL - Vote no, MPs
THIRTY YEARS ago, with Parliament, and Jamaicans broadly, similarly exercised about the issue of capital punishment, the advice of Dudley Thompson was to put the rope "where it belongs". Which was "under the necks" of convicted criminals.

Reasons for murder - Ask a Jamaican living overseas who has lost several family members to acts of violence and crime, why wouldn't I want to see the death penalty restored in Jamaica. I think it would put a stop or slow down ...
