Events manager at Half Moon, Tracy-Ann Jones said that the hotel is making regular preparations for the Jamaica Jazz and Blues festival to cater for the influx of guests expected this weekend. She notes that the hotel still has space available and they have extended their special rates, but people will have to call for further information.

She told Food that the hotel has a nightly entertainment package lined up to keep guests entertained when not at the show. The dining experience is always great at Half Moon and late breakfast on the terrace is just what guests will need following a long night at the concert.

There will be a small jazz duo at the Secret Terrace Restaurant on Friday night, plus a barbecue on the beach. On Saturday night, there will be a live band playing at the same venue and a calypso trail in the main bar located in the lobby area.
