An appeal for Glendon Circle

The Editor, Sir:
I have been trying to get a small repair job done to the road on which I reside (Glendon Circle) and it has been like sending the fool a little further.
However, I am in very good company.
So now what do I do? Unfortunately I do not believe in roadblocks so my fate will be to sit back and watch this hole get larger and larger with each shower of rain and God forbid, since it is a bus route and there are no bus stops. When passengers indicate to the driver where they would like to get off, the bus has to swerve to avoid this hole and there is my house sitting right there so that if the driver loses control, I could very well end up with a bus crashing into my
Would someone from the National Works Agency tell me the procedure to be followed to get my road fixed?
Will someone out there please help me and the rest of the citizens in the area who have to put up with bad road conditions?
