Not sure what Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett (right) told host Robert Russell (centre) and banker Courtney Wilson, assistant vice-president, western region, First Global Bank, but they were all bursting with laughter at Russell's annual get-together, last Friday, in Montego Bay.
