Make Up For Ever, a line of French high-definition cosmetics, gives a light, natural finish using just a little of the products.

"It's the make-up of movie stars," said Paul March, a make-up artist certified in high definition at Make Up For Ever studios in New York.

March said high-definition make-up was specifically designed for high-definition film cameras, which are highly sensitive.

"In HD everything is magnified. They had to come up with a make-up to match that technology," said March.

How does that translate for you? Well, according to March, it has great staying power; that is, it lasts all day. It also gives you a flawless but natural look.

The product is dermatologist tested and oil-free.

March carries products like the liquid foundations, eyeshadow pallets, primers, blushes and eyeliners from the line at Nylorac in Barbican Centre. The store carries make-up, haircare products and offers services like threading.

March waved his magic brush, transforming Carolyn Yapp, former Miss Jamaica Universe and owner of the store, using Make Up For Ever products.
