I read the article in The Sunday Gleaner about the Half-Way Tree transportation hub and was left confused. If the people running the bus hub cannot keep it clear of loitering, then there is something wrong.

If the transportation centre is not now a no-loitering zone, then make it one and rigorously enforce the law, but for God's sake, stop the hand-wringing!
