I'm looking to reinvent myself. I like to build on the things I learned last year. I want to further my education, maybe my masters or some other certification. I also want to stay on top of new trends like in public relations and social marketing; just want to be innovative. Island Outpost is known for being cutting edge and I will be trying to keep up with that.
Tessanne Chin, singer -
My goals for 2011 are to release my debut album, start working on the second one and to tour extensively. Most of all, to succeed at being the best I can in all areas of my life.
Denise Williams, Flow Jamaica's public relations manager -
(To have) greater focus on enjoying my family and spending quality time with my husband Harold and our loved ones. Working harder at deepening my spirituality, and continue to ensure that my work portfolio expands our focus on youth-development initiatives, while staying focused on our business goals.
Angela Thame, television producer/publicist -
To remain positive and try to live in the moment.
Melissa von Frankenburg, regional sales and marketing manager, Island Outpost -
It is always good to reinvent oneself by applying the wisdom and insights that are learnt the year before.
Staying innovative and dynamic in my work and personal life is something that I always strive for and will continue to make a priority. The company that I work for, Island Outpost, is truly progressive and inspiring, and I need to ensure that my work reflects this by staying on top of trends, exploring new techniques and thinking out of the box.
I am excited about the reopening of GoldenEye Hotel & Resort, and look forward to reintroducing this brand and product to the Caribbean market. For me, this year is all about expanding on what has already been established and adding new and unique twists to traditional activities.

My New year's goal is to empower my business, mind and body to achieve the greatness that I have desired. And to take life a little easier and focus on business, being able to say no now and yes later.
Former Miss Jamaica and general manager at Spartan, Dr Terri-Karelle Reid's goals for 2011:
To get pregnant and barefooted (wink). I really don't want to make goals that I cannot keep, so I just want to get an upgrade this year, spiritually, mentally, physically, to be a better person, wife, daughter etc. Plus, to stop procrastinating.
