Same song

1.Quote of the Week: "The pastor in naming his choir would have also given them a songbook from which to sing. So anyone expecting a different chorus or tune was being naive!"

Political broadside

2. Some political observers are saying the recent broadside was the equivalent of Machiavellian genius, as they say it was a shot across the bow of any intended political boats waiting to set sail!

Legal concerns

3. Not all legal players are satisfied that one contentious matter now before the courts has found its way there through the proper channels. Some contend it was fast-tracked. The prediction is that the matter will be withdrawn.

Is it the same?

4.Some are now frowning and equating the reported incident to the interference which attended the Dudus extradition request! They say it's a continued devaluation of institutions and practices.

Mighty fall!

5. When shoppers saw the former high-and-mighty one out shopping recently, and struggling with the prices, they could not help but stare! Some even commented loudly in the shopping aisles - "My, how the mighty has fallen!".

Weak document

6.Some are so offended by the recent findings that they are advocating that QC designation be revisited, as the document was lacking the critical thinking and analysis usually associated with the designation!

Not value for money

7. Promoters both locally and abroad are complaining bitterly about the one who goes around collecting deposits and engagement fees and then fails to show, or shows late and performs poorly.

Wiki-Ja story

8.Wiki-Jamaica continues and the story now is of the free-loading one who is always looking to "borrow" a north coast villa for friends and family!
