On of my primary short-term objectives is to aggressively grow the business side of my company, All Media Services Limited, with the possibility of exploring the offerings of the Junior Stock Exchange within two years.

Growth has been anaemic at best over the past two years. However, with certain positive economic indicators evolving, we are optimistic that this can be done. Such indicators include a low-interest rate regime; relative stability in the foreign exchange market and a slight increase in demand for certain quality services.

Consequently, we are stepping up our product offerings to include more content for radio and television; marketing our video-driven website businesscontentjamaica.com; marketing services such as video-taping; production of corporate profiles for point-of-sale activities and partnering with educational institutions to produce audio-visual teaching aids.

In respect of corporate video profiles, we are putting in place systems to produce more attractively packaged video profiles for small and medium-size businesses so that these can be used to enhance their point-of-sale activities; annual general meetings; anniversaries etc.

We have major plans to stimulate more traffic and thus revenue for our website businesscontentjamaica.com as we seek to get a piece of the action in new media.

As we grow, we hope to attract bright young people who share our business-centric ideology.
