Gender discrimination is alive and well!
There will always be discrimination because the world is simply not level.
The people who are often bawling, and their sympathisers, can put a dent into the practice of discrimination by trying their hands at self-employment. The days of going to work straight out of high school and staying until retirement are done. Bankruptcies, amalgamations and mismanagement are some of the reasons why this whole idea of long-term employment for the same employer needs revisiting.
The Wal Mart debacle was really a fight between lawyers, and much money was at stake. Discrimination was the furthest thing from their minds.

Difference drives discrimination, deal with it! If everyone was alike, everyone would look for differences.
One gender seems to want the other to roll over and give them something they think they deserve, just because they say so! The same gender thinks (only God knows why) that they have the right to belong to places the other gender made for themselves on the basis of their gender. What this gender fails to realise is that if by some method they are allowed in this other-gender-only space, then it is certainly not for the 'equality' factor, but the fair-game factor.
One gender is too smart for its own existence and power and gives nothing without a fight. These are truths, but perhaps the publisher does not like inconvenient truths which are real and not contrived or based on frivolous and errant thoughts.

Cast the Stone
In the Bible, cast the first stone was applied to someone who repented, not someone who endorsed or kept their sinful lifestyle. Funny how people conveniently draw on scriptures.

This writer is completely off track!
Pointing out something that's wrong according to what is written in scripture is not casting the first stone. In life, we must search for truth because that's what will set us free. We all are guilty of sin, but as Jesus said unless we confess our sins, we too will perish. To be proud of wrongdoing does not cut it. Humble yourself and forsake them. That's pleasing to the Father.

Andrew Young - Friend of Carib
Thanks to Elaine Bryan and Flair for illuminating the lifework of Ambassador Andrew Young, a humanitarian who has made significant contributions to the well-being of people worldwide. It is important to embrace individuals like him, who are advocates for the voiceless.

This article is very insightful and informative.
I appreciate knowing that Ambassador Young understands the kinship between African-Americans and his brothers and sisters in the Caribbean. We are all family and we must recognise the importance of supporting and celebrating each other.
