'From War to Windrush' exhibition still on

Members of the Development Bank of Jamaica, after their Annual General Meeting, took time to tour the exhibition, 'From War to Windrush/War Lest We Forget', on display until September 14 in the Tower Street Exhibition Hall of the Museums of History and Ethnography, a Division of the Institute of Jamaica.


Director Staci-Marie Dehaney explained the significant contribution Caribbean people made during World War II and the impact of Caribbean migration to the UK after the war ended.


The exhibition is open to the public Mon-Thurs, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Fri 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
