Ideally, every woman should have a bra-robe (bra wardrobe) of seven to 10 bras of different shapes and styles, in the same way that we have different shapes and styles of clothing. But until you get your bra-robe just right, these tips and accessories will assist you in achieving the look you desire.

Shape & volume

  • To make your breasts look more plump, bend over when you put your bra on (foundation passionites know this!).

  • Centre your nipples above the mid point in the cups to get top volume.
  • Want to show off some cleavage? A demi-plunge or contour plunge bra will create the fullness you desire in the centre of your breasts.
  • To achieve a rounder shape, choose a bra with seamless cups. Just remember seamless cups generally have a little less depth than seamed (cut and sew) bras, so sometimes you'll have to go up a cup size.
  • Now if inserts aren't your thing, bra manufacturers have come up with the gel bra, that comes in double- or triple-gel designs. These are better than your regular air and gel boosts inserts and should be worn with caution!

Because your 'girls' will be sitting high and pretty, they are found in lovely designs and usually go from A-DD cup and promise an increase of at least two cup sizes.

Bra & Body Accessories

There are a host of super secret body and bra accessories designed to make women look and feel their best in and out of their clothes.

  • If you're without a racer back bra but need to achieve the racer back look, a magic clip accessory is all you need. It attaches to the straps of the bra achieving that racer bra look and feel.
  • If you have a low-back dress and don't feel comfortable wearing it without a bra, you can use a low-back converter which attaches to the straps of your regular or strapless bra and hooks around your tummy, lowering the back of the bra and leaving you supported all day long.
  • If one breast is slightly or markedly smaller than the other, or you just want to create a voluptuous look but you don't have the 'goods', an 'Add a Size' or 'Cleavage Curves' can achieve that voluptuous look in exactly two seconds! They're discreet, stay in all day, and no one will ever know.

All these and other accessories have been created by intimate apparel manufacturers to cater to the needs of women - remember last time we said let your bra work for you! Well let your accessories work too; you shouldn't have to give up fashion and style for lack of simple affordable and easily accessible gadgets.
