MONTEGO BAY, St James:GraceKennedy, through its group of companies, is expanding its reach in Montego Bay, and by extension, western Jamaica, the company's chief executive officer, Don Wehby, has revealed.

"We built a new financial service centre and our agriculture arm, AgroGrace, will be expanding and opening up in early January," the CEO told clients during a dinner in Rose Hall on Monday.

He added that the True Value store has just been renovated.

Wehby further said that the company spent on average $500 million on investment, indicating that a great part of this is spent in western Jamaica - Montego Bay, in particular.

He also reminded customers that many of GraceKennedy's subsidiaries were in Montego Bay, including First Global Financial Services, JIIC, Western Union, Hi-Lo Supermarket, and Allied Insurance Brokers.

The function was also attended by the president of First Global Financial Services, Robert Drummond; GraceKennedy Financial Group CEO, Courtney Campbell; assistant vice-president of First Global Financial Services, Maria Ho Sue; assistant vice-president of First Global Bank in the western region, Courtney Wilson; among other employees of GraceKennedy.
