I have delivered, says Holness

Prime Minister and member of parliament for West Central St Andrew, Andrew Holness, has defended his record in the constituency.
As he broke ground for a new police station in Olympic Gardens in the constituency, Holness defended his record saying he has "delivered" since being first elected in 1997.
"As your member of parliament, I have been a builder. I have built four basic schools where children are now going to school in a good learning environment. I have built a community centre where people get training in computers; people go there to do all kinds of things. We have built a park, and I am not just talking a little place with grass. This is a well-equipped play area for children," the prime minister said.
