The Students' Loan Bureau (SLB) has reportedly extended the deadline for processing incomplete applications for students at the University of Technology (UTech) for the 2011-2012 academic year.

A release from UTech yesterday indicated that the SLB and the university held a meeting on Monday to discuss the incomplete applications already with the bureau.

According to the statement, decisions coming out of the meeting included the extension of the deadline to January 16 and that the SLB would continue paying out loans to UTech in batches based on its processing of the loan applications and confirmation of registration of students at the university.
