Having never failed an important exam in his life, LIME technical support engineer, Devere Rodgers, is the first to achieve Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) status in LIME regionally.
LIME, a diamond partner of Avaya - a global leader in enterprise communications systems, provides business communication systems, software and services for a variety of enterprise clients across the Caribbean.
Rodgers, who completed some countless hours of on-the-job training and three exams over a three-year period, received confirmation of his status on May 24.
ACSS certifies that a candidate has achieved an advanced understanding of and competence in troubleshooting, maintaining and administration of Avaya industry leading communication products
As unassuming as Devere is, he has never failed any level of the programme.
Having worked with LIME for more than 18 years, the proud engineer says, "This is my passion; I get a great sense of satisfaction knowing that I worked so hard and it has finally paid off.
"I am motivated by satisfied customers and there is no greater joy than being called in to resolve a problem and being able to find the right solution!" he adds.
