THE MAY 16 Gun Court conviction of Travis 'Shrek' McPherson and Odean 'Zeeks' Samuels was so celebrated among lawmen that Police Commissioner Owen Ellington, in a closed radio broadcast, personally congratulated the St Catherine South Police Division.
