The Royal Ascot meet moves into its fourth and penultimate day with the Group One Coronation Stakes over one mile taking the spotlight with a purse of $27.2 million.

On Tuesday's opening day, the unbeaten FRANKEL romped to his 11th win from as many starts, capturing the Queen Anne Stakes over a mile by an amazing 11 lengths in posting his seventh Group One success. He was ridden, as usual, by Tom Queally for trainer Sir Henry Cecil, who said FRANKEL will stay in excess of a mile and could go for the Coral Eclipse Stakes over 10 furlongs at Sandown next month.

Yesterday, COLOUR VISION, ridden by Frankie Dettori for the Godolphin stable, edged out stable companion OPINION POLL to win the prestigious Ascot Gold Cup in a driving finish. Last year's winner FAME AND GLORY, the 4-5 favourite, was soundly beaten on this occasion.

On Wednesday, SO YOU THINK won the Prince of Wales Stakes ahead of the horse owned by the Queen, CARLTON HOUSE. It was the 10th Group One victory for SO YOU THINK, trained in Ireland by Aidan O'Brien and ridden by his son, Joseph.

O'Brien and his son should team up once again to win today's Coronation Stakes (15th race) with 3-1 ante-post favourite HOMECOMING QUEEN in a field of 12 three-year-olds.
