THE WATERFRONT in downtown Kingston is becoming the area of choice for major outdoor events and Digicel was not to be left out.
On Monday, June 25, Digicel launched its 4G mobile network on the waterfront and transformed the area, metres from its under-construction headquarters, into a party playground.
