NOW that the torch has made its historic journey through Birmingham, Olympic fever is sweeping across the West Midlands.

Voice reporter Poppy Brady went to talk to members of a Birmingham community who were enjoying their own mini Olympics at Summerfield Park.

She spoke to schoolboy Deval Frater-Barham, 14; engineer Elroy Bennett, 43; Newstyle Radio host Gail Boyd, 42; artist Thomas Hill, 66; Serene Meadley, 33, and Jadieal Millwood, 27.

Usain Bolt has been beaten twice now by Yohan Blake in trials in Jamaica, so will he beat Blake at the Olympics in London?

Deval Frater-Barham: Yes, Bolt will still beat Blake, no problem.

Elroy Bennett: Bolt is taking his time. On the day he will do it.

Gail Boyd: Yes, he will beat Blake - his latest performances are a temporary glitch.

Thomas Hill: He will definitely beat Blake.

Serene Meadley: Bolt won't be beaten again.

Jadieal Millwood: I think Bolt will raise his game at the Olympics.

Who will take home the most sprinting golds - Jamaica or USA?

DFB: I think Jamaica will return with the most golds.

EB: I think it could be USA.

GB: Jamaica, definitely.

TH: I think it will be a toss-up between the US and Jamaica.

SM: Jamaica, without a doubt.

JM: When it comes to sprinting medals, Jamaica will win the most.
