In anticipation of the overwhelming demand for Grand Gala tickets, the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission on behalf of the Ministry of Youth & Culture has taken pre-emptive measures in establishing large video screens across the island which will allow the public to share in the festivities on August 6.

The screens will be mounted in 15 popular locations and will start broadcasting non-stop from noon on August 5, through midnight on Independence Day to end at 1:00 a.m. and again from noon on August 6 to the end of the Grand Gala.
