The Glenmuir High School (GHS) Choir summer concert season began last Saturday with outstanding performances from the talented group of students, in front of an almost full auditorium at the school.

Titled 'AJOYO: CELEBRATING JAMAICA 50', the concert series continues today and concludes next Sunday. Both showings take place at the Courtleigh Auditorium.

All concerts start at 7:30 p.m.

Patron for the concert season is Her Excellency Mathu Joyini, South African Ambassador to Jamaica. Sponsors who have made the GHS Choir Summer Concert season possible include Advantage General Insurance Company, NCB Foundation, Juici Patties, the Courtleigh Auditorium, C&W Co-op Credit Union, Braham's Texaco, Stewart's Hardware and Gold Dust Transportation.

GHS past students and music lovers are encouraged to support the remaining concerts. For tickets call 564-7755, 361-8418 and 818- 4153.
