THE EDITOR, Sir:
The Enfield road which is now on stream to be fixed at a cost of $110 million to $120 million, as was stated in the news media in August, is of concern to me.
In an article in The Gleaner on Saturday, October 8, 2011, it was stated that a water-catchment reservoir was built at a cost of $15 million and not drunk from.
Now that our new road is about to be made, I am hoping all the pipe-laying will be completed before asphalt is spread on the road.
