THIS DISABLED tanker has been parked on the sidewalk on West Street near Harbour Street in downtown Kingston for the last two weeks forcing pedestrians to step out into the road to get around it.

THIS DISABLED tanker has been parked on the sidewalk on West Street near Harbour Street in downtown Kingston for the last two weeks forcing pedestrians to step out into the road to get around it.

Metres away, the trailer head is also parked on the sidewalk blocking pedestrian traffic.

Efforts to contact the owner were unsuccessful last week after residents pleaded with The Gleaner for help to have it removed.
