Tsheca White among top 10 newcomers - Fashionspot

From New York to London, Milan and finally in Paris, this past show season (September-October) was a very successful one. Among the supermodels who rocked the global runways throughout the fashion months was one face that burnt itself into the consciousness of the fashion elite. She is Saint International model Tsheca White who was named among the top 10 newcomers by The Fashionspot website.' She's one of the best there is, perfect in any hair/make-up combo ...' says one commentator on the popular fashion blog powered by faithful fashion fans across the world. The article was written by noted fashion journalist Chrissy Makkes.

This accolade has also been celebrated by her international agencies from New York to Milan. Tsheca blazed a trail of success across fashion markets walking for several highly influential designers. Interesting to note is the fact that her bookers employed a shrewd strategy of selectivity in the options they confirmed, thus ensuring a level of mysterious exclusivity around the model.

development plan

Signed to Mix Models New York, Tsheca underwent a carefully crafted development plan that was a collaboration between Saint CEO Deiwght Peters and fashion masterminds Wayne Sterling and Neal Hamil of Mix. This development positioned her well for Europe where her runway options and agency alignments were carefully selected and translated to bookings for four of the best shows at London Fashion Week.

Tsheca has been photographed by Chris Trini for Italian Vogue, Flaunt Magazines and ID Magazines.

She walked for four of the city's best design talents, showing their spring/summer 2013 collections. These included Acne, Christopher Kane, and the much-celebrated Michael Jackson tribute collection of UK's top milliner Phillip Treacy. The piece-de-resistance was opening for designer Emilio De La Morena. This sent shockwaves through the industry, putting casting directors into an option frenzy. Despite this, STORM Models ensured that moving to Milan was a careful pick of the most influential shows. The result - an envied runway strut for fashion power brands Fendi (handpicked by design legend Karl Lagerfeld) and The House of Missoni.

By this time, the crescendo was loud for her arrival in the final fashion city destination - Paris. Saint confirmed her representation with Nathlie's models. The Jamaican teen sensation solidified her status walking for John Galliano, Zadig and Voltaire and Jean Charles Castelbajac in the City of Lights.

Tsheca was a finalist in the Fashion Face Of The Caribbean 2011. She was placed third in that competition, which was won by Veneica Cardoza, who is now signed to Women Models Worldwide.

STORM Models is considered one of the most powerful indepen-dently owned model agencies in the world. The agency's enviable roster includes some of fashion's boldest names such as Kate Moss, Cindy Crawford, Alek Wek, and Jourdann Dunn. STORM currently represents a number of Saint fashion stars including Chantel Lee, Shena Moulton, Sam Taylor, and Ashane Rose.

Tsheca is now in London where she is meeting with highly influential fashion insiders as the industry phases into the editorial and campaign season.
