Correcting errors on 'Coco Park'

Published: Tuesday | October 16, 2012 Comments 0

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Thanks to The Gleaner for its continued interest in Hope Royal Botanic Gardens.

However, there were some errors in the article 'No love for Coco Park', which appeared in The Gleaner of Wednesday, September 26, 2012.

First, there is no location called 'Coco Park' in the Gardens.

Second, in the article, Mr John Thompson was mistakenly given the following titles: 'head of the Nature Preservation Foundation', 'NPF head' and the 'chairman'.

The chairman and head of Nature Preservation Foundation is Mr Leslie Chung, who has held this position since 2006.
