I must say a big thank you to Digicel for keeping me and my family connected to the rest of the world during Hurricane Sandy, after my electricity and main Internet provider failed me.

I have learnt a good lesson in not judging a device by its size after using the Digicel Mifi device. I had no idea that this small equipment could do so much until I was forced to turn to it. The Mifi absolutely brought assurance and peace of mind to my home by providing Internet access for my laptop.

As the storm bore down on the island, I had access to the latest online updates, which I believe was necessary in making some critical decisions. I was also able to communicate with relatives overseas via Facebook and online messenger to let them know that my family and I were weathering the storm.

A big thank you Digicel for keeping my family connected to the rest of the world!
