THE EDITOR, Sir:
This might seem like a totally stupid issue, but I'd like to see an article explaining why the National Water Commission (NWC) is totally dependent on the Jamaica Public Service Company. Why doesn't the NWC have generators installed at its facilities?
In a day and age like this, if electricity goes, I lose water also?
