Talk about being big and large! Now in its eighth year, The Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week has truly gone international with the inclusion of London's Chef Colin Brown.

Born in Jamaica, Brown's love for food took him on a culinary journey to London's eastern popular neighbourhood.

This Caribbean restaurant has all the flavours of 'yard' with some modern twist. It boasts the reputation of being the only Caribbean restaurant rated with the AA.

From jerk chicken to curried goat to simple steamed sea bass, Chef Colin Brown's menu is a celebration of tropical flavours both classic and new.

This year, the palates of Londoners can come alive with braised oxtail in onion, Scotch bonnet pepper and thyme sauce with butter beans served with rice & peas. Or how about a succulent slice of boneless chicken with the original jerk sauce served with rice & peas?

And, of course, an all-time Jamaican favourite, curried goat. So if you're not home for the culinary fanfare of November 9-17, if you happen to be with Big Ben, then hop on over to Chef Colin Brown and indulge!
