THE EDITOR, Sir:
I must say that I am in full support of the views expressed by attorney-at-law Bert Samuels in his letter published in The Gleaner on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.
This situation of the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) holding the handle, while we have the blade, has to stop. JPS is not a bank, so why should it keep our money and benefit from it instead of the consumers?
The question is, Mr Samuels, how do we as regular consumers stop this kind of thing? I would love to know what my options are as it relates to preventing any service provider dictating to me what its remedy for such situations is.
