Fashion will once again take centre stage on December 8, when the National Indoor Centre comes alive as SportsMax and the Jamaica Boxing Board hosts the Wray and Nephew 'Rumble on Jamrock'. Jamaica's Nicholas 'The Axeman' Walters will go up against Columbia's Daulis Prescott for the World Boxing Association featherweight title. The event promises to be one of the most anticipated with three circles - regular, ringside and club which is VIP.

Naturally, an event of this nature requires fashion's finest in full swing.

A boxing event can be either a glamorous place to be seen by the in-crowd or it can be a way to enjoy a night out with friends. But when there are different circles within an event, you can draw attention to yourself for the wrong reasons by not dressing appropriately. SportsMax confirms that the National Indoor Centre will be transformed into Caesar's Palace! Here's a glimpse of what to wear for such a momentous occasion:

Attire for women

For women, the appropriate attire depends entirely on how good your tickets are. The closer to the ring you are, the more formal you need to dress, and the brighter your jewellery needs to be. Look as beautiful as you possibly can because many of the eyes in the arena will be looking at you and admiring you. If you're sitting in the regulars, you can dress as if you're attending a regular sporting event, but still dress to impress. We have chosen some looks for you that will fit each category.

Attire for men

For men, the same rules apply: The better your seats, the better you dress. Boxing matches are a place to be seen, so wear your nicest attire. You don't need to dress like you're going to a job interview, but, like the ladies, you do need to dress to impress. You spent all that money on great seats, so you want to look like you belong. Slacks or trendy fitted jeans and nice shirts are a mustóleave the sneakers at home. The shades can be left the same place where you left the sneakers!
