Red Stripe fêted dozens of long-standing customers at a reception at Mystic Ridge Resort in Ocho Rios, St Ann, by thanking them for their decades of support.

The special cocktail drink, Legend, was not only a hit, but turned out to be quite fitting as Kenroy Brown, operator of Kiki Rouge Tavern in Duncans, Trelawny, was the toast of the evening, his business being recognised for being a Red Stripe customer for more than 60 years.

Brown said the business has been handed down through the generations and has always been a Red Stripe customer.

Rexo Supermarket, Ocho Rios, (Cassana Bridgemohan) was recognised for 25 years of support, Ultimate Jerk Centre, (Iris Talbot) Discovery Bay, and Passage to India Restaurant (Pascal Sud), Ocho Rios, were recognised for 13 years

Sales director Brian Pengelley led several Red Stripe team members including Andre Boswell, Dianne Ashton Smith, Renee Wong, Grace Cowan-Allen, Wanda Sutherland-Martin, Mark Hanlon, among others.

Among the other customers who turned out were Ravi Chatani of John Crow's Tavern, Junior and Yanique Pitt, Christopher Allen, Nannette Davis, and Mike Drakulich of Mystic Mountain.
