Gov't cannibalising citizens

THE EDITOR, SIR:

THE TRAFFIC amnesty has turned out to be nothing short of Government cannibalising its citizens, as there is evidently no means by which settled traffic offences may be expunged from the record books. I think that these victims should all come together and try filing a class action suit in the courts.
