Nothing - not even the pesky traffic-ticket amnesty - could dampen the spirits of Jamaicans on New Year's Eve as they donned their best and ushered in 2013. Our team roved from the colourful waterfront in Kingston to enchanting Golden Eye in St Mary and rocked on the Hip Strip in MoBay.
