Tivoli 'A' , Waulgrovians 'A' in netball feature

Tivoli Gardens 'A' and Waulgrovians 'A' will clash in today's feature game of the Jamaica Netball Association /Sunshine Open League at the Leila Robinson courts starting at 4:30 p.m.

With the games playing simultaneously, defending champions Jamalco will oppose G.C. Foster College Strikers 'A', Global United will battle Mico 'A', Cable Pro await the University of the West Indies (UWI) Pelicans.

Tivoli, who are coming off an easy 30-10 victory against Southborough, will be depending on the likes of goal shooter Cleopatra Grant, Pete-Gaye Thomas and Tamara Hylton to lead their team to victory.

On the other hand, the Marvette Anderson-coached Waulgrovians will look to the likes of Kadijah Williams, Adean Thomas, Nordia Hanson and Paula Thompson to lead their charge to victory.

All the participating teams in the competition will play two matches each day except on Sundays.

In their second game of the day starting at 7:00 p.m., the Sylvester Campbell-coached Tivoli Gardens will face Global United. In other games, also playing at the same time, Jamalco will go up against Mico, Cable Pro battle Waulgrovians 'A', G.C. Foster College Strikers 'A' oppose UWI Pelicans.

In the day's opening matches at 1:00 p.m., Genesis take on Tivoli B, Pembroke Hall 'B' face Police 'A', Hellshire United battle Maxfield Park 'B', Edna Manley Striker await Ebony Strikers.

At 1:40 p.m: New Kingston Raiders oppose Payne Land, Spanish Town Strikers 'B' await UWI Pelicans 'B', Rivoli United tackle Tantrum, Molynes United 'B' challenge Blades United 'B'.

At 2:20 p.m: Alexander Strikers play Greenwich Town 'A', Department of Correctional Services battle UTech Knights, Jetsetters 'A' await Top Mountain Flames, Upper Camp entertain Rivoli 'B'.

At 3:00 p.m: Spanish Town Strikers take on Molynes United 'A', Jobs Lane United 'A' face Pembroke Hall 'A', Greenwich Town 'B' oppose Boulevard Baptist and, Maxfield Park 'A' tackle Omega 'A'.

At 3:40 p.m: Pembroke Hall 'B' oppose Ebony Strikers 'B', Hellshire United challenge Edna Manley Strikers, Tivoli 'B' take on Liguanea United 'B' and Genesis tackle Maxfield Park 'B'.
