On Tuesday, petroleum products distributor Total Jamaica fêted four winners in the company's first Christmas season promotion at their Hope Road, St Andrew, head office.

The promotion, titled 'Total -You Know Where to Turn', ran from November 19 - December 23 at 52 Total service stations across the island. It gave motorists a chance to walk away with several prizes, as well as a chance to enter to win the grand prize of a Samsung Galaxy S3.

All customers spending over $2,000 were eligible for the smaller prizes, as well as the grand prize.

The four Samsung Galaxy S3 winners, who came from May Pen, Kingston, St Thomas and Trelawny, were selected through a draw which was held last week Tuesday. They were treated in fine style by the petroleum distributor during the handover.

Karen Mignott, the Shop, Food and Service manager at Total Jamaica, explained that the promotion was designed to show how much the company values and appreciates its customers. She said plans are already being put in place to have annual Christmas promotions.

"We wanted to reach out to our loyal customers and this was our way of showing them appreciation at the end of the year," she said. "We looked around and found that these phones were among the top prizes people wanted. We are really striving to be more customer friendly and we want to show the public how much we appreciate them and we're planning to make this an annual event."
