JIS -  Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce Anthony Hylton (right) and executive director, Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ), Yvonne Hall (left), sign a memorandum of understanding between the BSJ and Jamaica Business Development Corporation to assist micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with implementing standards and/or quality systems within their organisations. The signing took place on January 17 at the ministry's New Kingston offices. Also signing was the Jamaica Manufacturers' Association, represented by President Brian Pengelley (standing). Seated at second right is State Minister Sharon Ffolkes-Abrahams.
