Let's go back a bit. Do you remember the days of black and white TV? Oh yeah! Those were the days, and back then, we never thought that there would be any such innovation as coloured TV, but when it came, it was the thing to have. It became a status symbol that now everyone has one. Going to the movies was outdoors on an open screen. Now it is an enclosed space with surround sound and 3D to improve the audience's experience. If you notice, everything that has happened over the years, as it relates to the visual medium, is meant to improve the customer's experience. Using visuals stimulates directly or indirectly most or all of the senses - hearing, seeing, touching/feeling and tasting - when you really think about it. Those mouth-watering food ads get you salivating so that you run out to that particular restaurant or fast-food outlet. There is no other medium that I know of that gets your full attention and engages you to act and behave in the way it wants you to. In other words, it gets you to 'press that button', 'buy this' or 'sign up for that now' more than any other marketing approach.
Video or visual marketing has established itself even more since the advent of YouTube, Skype, Vimeo, Oovoo and screencasting. The question is: why is it so popular and seems to be growing more and more each day? The thing is, just like with publishing, technology has opened up the world to convenience, fast and easy and no tech skills required. What has happened now, and will continue to happen, is a universal access or open access to everyone. In other words, there will be no boundaries or limits or special criteria that will only allow one group of people the unfair advantage over another. No longer will technology allow for an elite divide; for without this, there is benefit to all, and by providing benefit to all, there is greater investment and growth.
As a trained virtual-events specialist, I have been doing some video marketing through the use of book trailers, screencasting, webinars, teleseminars and tutorials. Being a part of that specialised network allows me to get a peek into what's coming and being developed to make video-marketing easier, more convenient and help to increase sales and customer/client conversion. I have seen many software and apps, but I can tell you there is nothing else I have seen better than what was recently launched. It is called Easy VideoSuite. It allows you to record, publish, edit, convert, track and market, all in one software. It beats out YouTube! Yeah, I said it! Here's why ... .
If you are hoping for video-marketing success and simply trying to use YouTube to achieve that goal - it's time to change your ways. There is a reason why successful marketers DO NOT simply rely on YouTube. YouTube can be great for viral traffic, but only sometimes. It does not have the advanced video-marketing features that you NEED to use to stay ahead these days such as:
No advanced video-marketing analytics.
NO control over your content. (Many people are shut down overnight without warning)
No split testing.
No advanced player customisation.
Traffic leak. (Even with players 'patching' YouTube players out there, people still leave your site, and that's money being lost every minute).
YouTube is great, but it has its place.
If you are just using YouTube for video marketing, then you are trying to build a house armed only with a hammer. It's a great tool, but it's not the way to make serious money online with video.
EasyVideoSuite has been created as the one-stop shop for all your video-marketing needs. Now, I like the simple approach. So when I saw this, I had to get it myself, and I did! Here's what it does for me and how it can help those of you in digital marketing. Remember, I don't need to have any technical knowledge at all, so those suffering from technophobia, this is for you:
It allows me to create viral videos, gorgeous video pages and create a successful video-marketing campaign with a few clicks. In other words, I can make videos that can look like any professional at a fraction of the cost!
I can record, convert into web and mobile-ready format in seconds, and upload online. This is too sweet! I can create mobile-ready video myself, making my clients have a wider and larger reach into the market!
I can add buy buttons, opt in forms and events into my video with a simple drag-and-drop timeline! Isn't this awesome? I can help my clients build their list and have a following that grows and grows and grows ... .
I can split-test and see my viewers' stats LIVE with the most advanced video-marketing analytics. You can't get better than having the stats live and in your face each day to inform you of which video is working better for sales and conversion!
I can even set my video to pause, have a call to action such as 'like' my Facebook page, or 'enter your name and email address' before going any further, and there is much more! Oh, love this one! I can build my credibility and following as well as engage the action of my viewers by manipulating my video, and there is so much more!
In my professional opinion, this is a must-have. To get a demo view of how it works, check out this link http://helpdeskja.webactix.hop.clickbank.net and don't get left behind!
