UWI hosts Olive Senior session on 'Gardening in the Tropics'

The Department of Literatures in English, University of the West Indies, Mona, will host an interactive session with high-school students on Monday, February 11, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Lecture Room 3, Faculty of Law, on the UWI, Mona campus. Prize-winning Jamaican writer Olive Senior will discuss her poetry collection, Gardening in the Tropics, which is is currently one of the set texts for CAPE literatures in English.

Schools interested in attending the Olive Senior interactive session should contact the department for information on costs and registration, by calling 927-2217 or emailing litsengmona@gmail.com.
