Love moments

Valentine's Day is the day of love and on this day couples usually go all out to show their partner how much they mean to them. For many, there are some very special gifts or memories that have continued to be the best ever and no matter what, just have not been topped.

Here are a few best of moments that have created lasting memories.

When I was in first form, a boy bought my classmate a chocolate gift set, but the girl did not like him. She gave me the gift the boy gave her and for the whole time we laughed at him.

My girlfriend at the time made dinner and put on some very sexy lingerie. It was very romantic how she arranged the apartment, dimming the lights. Before it would usually be dinner, movie then sex, but clearly we skipped the movie. Just the details and hard work she put into it really made me feel special.

I got a Movado watch and we enjoyed the evening over wine. I then went to the spa on the weekend as the last part of my gift.

The first time I got roses delivered to me at work. I felt so special.

I got a jewellery box from my boyfriend and in each of the drawers he got creative and printed his name and that he would always be in my drawers. I thought it was so cute! And oh it was in red and white.

My girlfriend and I took a trip to The Bahamas, just around Valentine's Day.

I went home to a nice candlelight dinner, which he organised all by himself. He cooked and turned his living area into a nice and cozy dinner area.

I don't normally receive anything spectacular. But if I am to choose, I will say my girlfriend dressing up for me in lingerie and being all sexy and in control.

When my boyfriend changed his Blackberry display picture to one of both of us and in his status told me Happy Valentine's Day.
