THE EDITOR, Sir:

What utter crap! What aspect of our nationalism do we 'froth at the mind' about beyond a damn stupid bit of cloth? There is so much more to address here in Jamaica, such as the looting of the country's resources and future by criminal elements fronting as politicians/public servants/citizens.

We really do need the world to stand with us against officially sanctioned criminality and corruption as they stood up against the 'desecration' of our flag. We just could very well learn what actual patriotism is.

Rasta love ... to the world. That's what the world responded to in coming to defend our flag.
